For the last 40 years, Jean-Michel plied his trade in Paris, in the USA, in Africa... and even worked as a private chef for French singing legend Serge Gainsbourg!
In 2010, he chose to found his own restaurant in Montvalent in order to return to his birth region and to create a generous and emotional cuisine.
